Participants learn to use AI assistants for generating outlines, drafting slide copy, designing layouts, and analyzing audience engagement metrics. Course Agenda

Day 1 – Foundations of AI in Presentation Design

  • Overview of current AI tools for presentation creation and design

  • Writing effective prompts for slide outlines and bullet points
  • Translating raw notes and documents into structured presentation narratives
  • Best practices for maintaining brand consistency using AI
  • Hands-on: Participants generate a structured 10-slide outline and draft all core content for a business proposal using a generative text assistant.

Day 2 – Automated Layouts and Visual Generation

  • Using AI design assistants to generate professional slide layouts
  • Selecting and modifying AI-generated imagery, icons, and graphics
  • Converting tabular data into clean charts using AI visualization features
  • Optimizing slide readability, whitespace, and visual hierarchy
  • Hands-on: Participants take the text generated on Day 1 and apply AI design tools to build a fully formatted, visually cohesive slide deck.

Day 3 – Refinement, Delivery, and Action Planning

  • Reviewing and editing AI outputs for tone, accuracy, and flow
  • Leveraging AI speech coaches and practice tools to prepare for delivery
  • Review of common pitfalls, ethical considerations, and data privacy in AI tools
  • Course wrap-up, final Q&A, and personal action planning for ongoing use
  • Hands-on: Participants refine their complete slide deck, run an AI practice session for delivery, and build a personal workflow integration plan.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants.
