This course covers the practical application of generative AI tools to streamline the creation of professional PowerPoint presentations. Course Agenda

Day 1 – Foundations of AI-Assisted Presentations

  • Structuring presentation outlines and slide agendas using generative AI
  • Translating raw meeting notes or documents into slide-ready text
  • Hands-on: Draft a complete slide deck outline from a provided corporate report using an AI text generator.

Day 2 – Visual Design and Data Visualization

  • Leveraging AI layout assistants for professional slide formatting
  • Selecting and generating appropriate imagery and icons using AI tools
  • Transforming complex tables and metrics into AI-suggested charts and graphs
  • Maintaining corporate brand consistency and visual hierarchy with AI
  • Hands-on: Redesign a text-heavy, unformatted presentation into a visual deck using AI layout and graphic tools.

Day 3 – Advanced Workflow Integration and Wrap-Up

  • Integrating AI workflows directly into PowerPoint and collaborative platforms
  • Refining AI outputs for speaker notes, pacing, and audience engagement
  • Review of final capstone projects, Q&A, and troubleshooting common errors
  • Developing an individual action plan for adopting AI presentation tools on the job
  • Hands-on: Complete an end-to-end presentation project from prompt to final polish and present a brief summary of the workflow used.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants. This will help to recognize the benefits and the level of knowledge gained by participants through the course.
