Day 2 – Predictive Analytics and Risk Management

  • Configuring predictive analytics tools for milestone forecasting
  • Automating risk register updates with natural language processing
  • Optimizing resource allocation and workload balancing with algorithms
  • Hands-on: Configure a predictive model using historical project data to identify potential bottlenecks and budget overruns.

Day 3 – Execution, Automation, and Action Planning

  • Automating status reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Integrating AI assistants into project management software platforms
  • Addressing ethical considerations, data privacy, and bias in project AI
  • Course wrap-up, Q&A, and personal action planning for tool adoption
  • Hands-on: Develop a comprehensive 30-day AI implementation and adoption plan for an active organizational project.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants.
