Day 3 – Synthesis, Communication, and Implementation

  • Translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Storytelling with data: Visualizing the solution.
  • Managing stakeholder resistance to logical changes.
  • Course wrap-up and consolidation of learnings.
  • Developing personal action plans for workplace application.
  • Hands-on: Q&A session and group presentation of refined solutions to the Day 1 challenge.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants. This will help to recognize the benefits and the level of knowledge gained by participants through the course.
