  • Reporting procedures and maintaining accurate activity logs.
  • Hands-on: Incident management table-top simulation and documentation review.

Day 3 – Professional Development and Action Planning

  • Evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strategies for mentoring new security personnel.
  • Identifying and addressing training gaps within the unit.
  • Conducting comprehensive Q&A on operational challenges.
  • Building a personal supervisor action plan for the next 90 days.
  • Hands-on: Developing individual performance improvement plans and final course wrap-up.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
