  • Establishing quality standards for IT deliverables.
  • Analyzing potential technical and operational risks.
  • Planning mitigation strategies for common IT project hurdles.
  • Hands-on: Simulation workshop to create a risk register and mitigation matrix.

Day 3 – Monitoring, Controlling, and Closure

  • Monitoring performance against the project baseline.
  • Managing scope changes and version control.
  • Facilitating effective team communication and status reporting.
  • Performing formal project closure and administrative sign-off.
  • Conducting a post-mortem review and capturing lessons learned.
  • Hands-on: Facilitated discussion on action planning and concluding with a Q&A session on certification strategies.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants. This will help to recognize the benefits and the level of knowledge gained by participants through the course.
