Day 3 – Monitoring, Controlling, and Closure

  • Monitoring performance against the project baseline.
  • Managing scope changes and version control.
  • Facilitating effective team communication and status reporting.
  • Performing formal project closure and administrative sign-off.
  • Conducting a post-mortem review and capturing lessons learned.
  • Hands-on: Facilitated discussion on action planning and concluding with a Q&A session on certification strategies.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants.
