Upon the successful completion of this course, each participant will be able to:

• Establish project interface agreements, documentation and HSE Project Plan
• Manage contractors’ compliance, with the HSE Project Plan, on day-to-day basis
• Monitor – keep track of contractor’s performance
• Describe the role of the owner and leadership in Contractor Safety through Contractor Management
• Recognize contractor safety chosen criteria.
• Understand contractor legal safety roles and responsibilities.
• Implement roles and responsibilities that ensure contractor safety leadership.
• Manage contractor safety in process or facility turnarounds.
• Address critical safety training issues for foreign contracted workforces.
