Day 3 – Strategic Integration and Action Planning

  • Evaluating enterprise-ready AI platforms and deployment options
  • Establishing team guidelines and governance for AI usage
  • Open Q&A addressing specific organizational challenges
  • Developing a personalized 30-day AI implementation action plan
  • Hands-on: Participants create and present a functional AI adoption roadmap and toolkit for their specific business department.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants. This will help to recognize the benefits and the level of knowledge gained by participants through the course.
