  • Documenting statements and managing witness signatures.
  • Handling hostile or uncooperative witnesses during the process.
  • Reviewing digital evidence, security logs, and company communications.
  • Hands-on: Role-play interview simulation to practice open-ended questioning techniques.

Day 3 – Synthesis, Reporting, and Resolution

  • Analyzing evidence and evaluating credibility.
  • Drafting the formal investigation report for decision-makers.
  • Reaching sound, defensible conclusions.
  • Closing the loop with complainants and respondents.
  • Formulating action plans and post-investigation monitoring.
  • Hands-on: Collaborative case review, Q&A, and personal action planning for future investigations.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
