Day 1 – Foundations and Project Initiation

  • Hands-on: Individual simulation calculating Critical Path and float.

Day 4 – Execution, Monitoring, and Risk Management

  • Directing and managing project execution.
  • Monitoring and controlling work performance data.
  • Identifying and analyzing project risks and issues.
  • Formulating qualitative and quantitative risk responses.
  • Improving communication and managing stakeholders.
  • Hands-on: Drafting a risk register and mitigation strategy worksheet.

Day 5 – Agile, Closure, and Integration

  • Overview of Agile frameworks and hybrid approaches.
  • Closing the project and administrative procedures.
  • Identifying lessons learned and continuous improvement.
  • Conducting a personal action planning session for certification.
  • Course wrap-up and final Q&A session.
  • Hands-on: Group role play practicing a project retrospective meeting.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
