  • Schedule estimation methods and critical path analysis
  • Cost baseline establishment and budget forecasting
  • Earned value management (EVM) formulas and interpretations
  • Hands-on: Calculating CPI/SPI values and solving critical path network diagrams

Day 3 – Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
