Day 1 – Foundations of AI Ethics and Privacy

Day 2 – Mitigating Bias and Ensuring Fair Implementation

  • Techniques for detecting and measuring algorithmic bias
  • Strategies for explainable AI and interpretable machine learning models
  • Managing human-in-the-loop oversight in automated decision systems
  • Balancing operational utility with privacy-preserving technologies
  • Hands-on: Evaluate a pre-trained machine learning model for discriminatory outcomes and adjust the parameters to improve fairness.

Day 3 – Governance, Policy, and Action Planning

  • Building an internal AI governance board and review process
  • Drafting acceptable use policies for generative AI and workplace tools
  • Handling data breaches and incident response protocols
  • Course wrap-up, Q&A, and drafting personal action plans
  • Hands-on: Create a comprehensive AI governance and data privacy compliance roadmap for a real-world enterprise scenario.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
