This comprehensive 5-day course provides facilities and maintenance professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to manage, maintain, and improve building infrastructure and assets effectively. Participants will learn how to develop maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize energy use, manage contractors, and apply best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance of critical building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and structural components.

Assessment Methodology
