  • Document and data requirements (PM schedules, KPIs, maintenance logs)

Day 3

Conducting the Audit – Field & Process Evaluation

  • Interviewing techniques and data collection methods
  • Observations and field inspections
  • Evaluating maintenance work orders, backlog, and planning systems
  • Assessing CMMS utilization, spare parts management, and PM compliance
  • Identifying non-conformities and root causes

Day 4

Audit Reporting and Performance Evaluation

  • Analyzing audit results and synthesizing findings
  • Maintenance performance metrics and benchmarks
  • Writing clear and actionable audit reports

Assessment Methodology
