  • Critical path method (CPM) and delay analysis
  • Costing and quantifying claims
  • Supporting documentation and records management
  • Legal and contractual frameworks for preparing claims

Day 4

Claim Review and Dispute Resolution

  • Evaluating and responding to claims
  • Techniques for negotiation and settlement
  • Dispute resolution methods: mediation, arbitration, litigation
  • Role of dispute boards and expert determination

Assessment Methodology
