Message Development and Channel Selection

  • Selecting appropriate communication channels (traditional, digital, interpersonal)
  • Integrating multiple channels for maximum reach and resonance
  • Timing, frequency, and sequencing of communications

Day 4

Strategy Planning and Execution

  • Setting SMART communication objectives
  • Creating a communication strategy framework and action plan
  • Allocating roles, responsibilities, timelines, and resources
  • Risk management and contingency planning in communication
  • Gaining internal buy-in and aligning with organizational functions

Day 5

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adaptation

  • Establishing KPIs and metrics for communication effectiveness
  • Tools for monitoring communication performance
  • Gathering and using feedback for continuous improvement
  • Reporting results and demonstrating value to stakeholders

Assessment Methodology
