Course Description

This 5-day workshop provides participants with comprehensive knowledge of the Seven Quality Control (7QC) Tools used to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues, equipping them to improve processes, reduce variability, and support data-driven decision-making within quality management systems.

Course Objectives

Upon the successful completion of this course, each participant will be able to:

  • Understand the purpose and application of each of the 7QC Tools in quality improvement
  • Identify problems and root causes using appropriate tools and data analysis techniques
  • Construct and interpret diagrams and charts such as cause-and-effect, Pareto, and control charts
  • Apply the tools to real-world scenarios for effective problem-solving and decision-making
  • Integrate the tools into continuous improvement and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives
  • Facilitate team-based quality improvement efforts using structured methods

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for Quality professionals, process engineers, supervisors, team leaders, operations managers, and anyone involved in quality improvement, process control, or operational excellence initiatives.
