Day 2 – Communication & Collaboration in Virtual Teams

  • Effective digital communication: tools, etiquette, and practices
  • Collaborative workflows and task management in virtual teams
  • Building trust, engagement, and accountability online
  • Hands-on exercise: Virtual team simulation and communication challenge

Day 3 – Agile Practices for Virtual Teams

  • Applying Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices in virtual environments
  • Sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives online
  • Visual management and tracking productivity remotely
  • Hands-on exercise: Conducting a mini sprint or Kanban session virtually

Day 4 – Problem-Solving, Decision-Making & Conflict Management

  • Remote problem-solving and collaborative decision-making techniques
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts in virtual teams
  • Tools and strategies for remote facilitation and engagement
  • Hands-on exercise: Scenario-based problem-solving and conflict resolution

Day 5 – Performance, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Measuring team performance and success in virtual settings
  • Continuous improvement techniques and feedback loops
  • Developing action plans for agile and virtual team enhancement
  • Q&A, wrap-up, and best practices

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
