Course Description

This 5-day course prepares participants to become Certified Scrum Masters while incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques to optimize Scrum processes. The program covers Scrum principles, roles, events, and artifacts, with practical guidance on using AI for backlog management, sprint planning, metrics, and team collaboration. Participants will gain hands-on experience applying AI tools to enhance decision-making, productivity, and transparency in Agile projects.

Pre-Test

Day 1 – Scrum Foundations & Agile Principles

  • Agile values, principles, and Scrum framework overview
  • Roles and responsibilities: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team
  • Scrum events and artifacts
  • Hands-on exercise: Mapping team roles and Scrum workflows

Day 2 – AI Tools for Scrum & Sprint Planning

  • Introduction to AI-assisted Scrum tools (backlog refinement, predictive planning)
  • Sprint planning and prioritization using AI insights
  • Hands-on exercise: AI-assisted backlog grooming and sprint planning simulation

Day 3 – Facilitating Scrum Events & Collaboration

  • Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives effectively
  • Enhancing collaboration using AI-driven insights and communication tools
  • Hands-on exercise: Simulated Scrum ceremonies with AI support

Day 4 – Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Using AI to track Scrum metrics: velocity, burn-down/up charts, capacity
  • Data-driven retrospectives and decision-making
  • Hands-on exercise: Analyzing sprint performance and identifying improvement areas

Day 5 – Certification Prep & Capstone Simulation

  • Duration: 6 hours
  • Review of Scrum concepts and AI-assisted practices
  • Mock Scrum simulation incorporating AI-assisted planning and reporting
  • Practice exam questions for Certified Scrum Master certification
  • Q&A, wrap-up, and best practices for AI-enhanced Scrum adoption

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
