Course Description

This 5-day course prepares participants to become Certified Scrum Product Owners while integrating AI-assisted tools to optimize product backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery. Participants will learn advanced Scrum product ownership principles, AI-supported prioritization, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and align product development with business goals.

  • User story mapping and value-based prioritization with AI support
  • Hands-on exercise: AI-assisted backlog grooming and prioritization simulation

Day 3 – Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Techniques for effective communication with stakeholders and development teams
  • Using AI to gather insights from customer feedback, analytics, and market trends
  • Hands-on exercise: AI-driven stakeholder mapping and backlog alignment

Day 4 – Product Metrics & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Measuring product success: KPIs, OKRs, and value delivery metrics
  • Leveraging AI for predictive analytics, risk assessment, and roadmap planning
  • Hands-on exercise: Analyze AI-generated insights to inform product decisions

Day 5 – Capstone Simulation & Certification Prep

  • End-to-end product ownership simulation using AI-assisted tools
  • Practice exam questions and review for Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
  • Discussion: Best practices for AI-enhanced product ownership
  • Q&A, wrap-up, and next steps

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
