The Advanced Communication and Interpersonal Skills training program is designed to enhance participants’ ability to communicate effectively, build strong workplace relationships, and influence others with confidence.   • Giving constructive feedback using proven models (SBI / STAR)

Day 3: Difficult Conversations, Conflict Resolution & Professional Presence

  • Why conflict happens and how communication affects outcomes
  • Conflict management styles and when to use them
  • Managing difficult conversations with confidence
  • Communication techniques for high-pressure situations
  • Handling objections and defensive reactions
  • Negotiation basics and win-win communication strategies
  • Managing workplace misunderstandings and sensitive topics

          Speaking with confidence

          Handling interruptions

          Managing disagreement professionally

  • Building executive presence and professional impact
  • Final Activity:

          Real-life difficult conversation roleplay scenarios

End of the Course

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants.
