Course Description

The course provides in-depth coverage of the principles and structure of an Integrated Management System, with specific focus on the integration of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in line with applicable ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) Training provides comprehensive knowledge of Agile principles, practices, tools, and techniques across multiple Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and SAFe. This program is designed to prepare participants for the PMI-ACP® certification exam while equipping them with practical Agile skills applicable to real-world projects and organizational environments.

Assessment Methodology
