Through self-awareness exercises, cognitive techniques, stress management, and role-playing, participants learn to regulate emotions, handle conflicts effectively, and maintain positive relationships both at work and in personal life.

Day 2 – Communication, Conflict Resolution & Action Planning

  • Assertive communication vs aggression
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Cognitive and behavioral techniques to manage anger
  • Hands-on exercise: Role-playing difficult situations
  • Developing a personal anger management action plan
  • Wrap-up, discussion, and best practices

Assessment Methodology
