Course Description

The Agile Change Management Training is designed to help organizations and professionals manage change effectively in fast-paced, uncertain, and continuously evolving environments.   • Sustaining change and building long-term organizational resilience

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
