Participants learn about EFQM criteria, RADAR logic, scoring methodology, and evaluation processes. The course prepares participants to conduct organizational assessments, identify strengths and improvement areas, and support organizational excellence initiatives. While it does not confer the official EFQM Assessor status, it builds practical professional competency in EFQM assessment techniques.
