Course Description

This program provides participants with the knowledge and skills to understand and apply the EFQM Excellence Model for organizational assessment. Participants learn about EFQM criteria, RADAR logic, scoring methodology, and evaluation processes. The course prepares participants to conduct organizational assessments, identify strengths and improvement areas, and support organizational excellence initiatives. While it does not confer the official EFQM Assessor status, it builds practical professional competency in EFQM assessment techniques.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants.
