Course Description

Certified Visionary Smart Goals Developer (Manager) is a practical and strategic training program designed to help managers and team leaders develop the skills to set, implement, and monitor SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals. This program emphasizes aligning team and individual goals with organizational strategy, creating measurable performance targets, and developing actionable plans that drive results. Day 2: Developing & Implementing SMART Goals

  • Cascading goals across teams and roles
  • Managing resources, timelines, and accountability for goal achievement
  • Avoiding common pitfalls in goal setting
  • Workshop Activity: Draft SMART goals for individual team members and review for alignment & measurability

Day 3: Monitoring, Coaching & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitoring and measuring goal progress
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and check-ins
  • Coaching techniques for supporting team achievement
  • Adjusting goals in response to challenges and organizational changes
  • Using feedback and data for continuous improvement
  • Celebrating milestones and reinforcing accountability

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
