Course Description

The CFA® Training and Exam Preparation Course is a comprehensive, exam-focused program designed to prepare candidates for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Program by covering the CFA Institute curriculum in a structured, practical, and exam-oriented manner.   • Financial ratios and trend analysis

Day 3: Corporate Finance & Equity Investments

  • Capital budgeting techniques and cost of capital
  • Leverage, capital structure, and dividend policy
  • Corporate governance and ESG considerations

  • Free Cash Flow valuation approaches

Day 4: Fixed Income & Alternative Investments

Day 5: Portfolio Management & Final Exam Preparation

  • Portfolio risk and return concepts
  • Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT)
  • CAPM and multifactor models
  • Portfolio construction and asset allocation

  • Comprehensive mock exam (exam-style format)
  • Review of mock exam results and exam-day strategies
  • Final revision tips and CFA® exam success strategies

Assessment Methodology
