The Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP-Aligned) program is a comprehensive training designed to develop professionals’ competence in building, managing, and strengthening compliance and ethics programs within organizations. The course covers global compliance frameworks, risk-based compliance management, regulatory expectations, code of conduct development, investigations, reporting systems, and ethics culture enhancement. Day 2: Compliance Program Design & Policy Development

  • Compliance program structure: policies, controls, reporting lines
  • Code of Conduct development and enforcement
  • Writing compliance policies (anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality)
  • Third-party compliance policies and supplier ethics
  • Governance: board oversight and compliance committee roles
  • Documentation and compliance program recordkeeping

Day 3: Compliance Risk Assessment & Third-Party Due Diligence

  • Risk-based compliance approach (enterprise compliance risk management)
  • Compliance risk assessment methodology and tools
  • Risk registers and compliance heat maps
  • Third-party due diligence (vendors, agents, intermediaries)
  • Compliance controls and mitigation strategies
  • Managing conflicts of interest and reputational risk

Day 4: Monitoring, Auditing, Investigations & Reporting

  • Compliance monitoring vs internal audit (differences and roles)
  • Compliance KPIs and reporting dashboards
  • Whistleblowing systems and hotline management
  • Handling investigations: evidence, interviews, documentation
  • Root cause analysis for compliance violations
  • Corrective action plans and disciplinary actions

Day 5: Training, Culture Building & Certification Readiness

  • Compliance awareness programs and employee training strategies
  • Building an ethical culture and leadership accountability
  • Managing regulatory inspections and audits
  • Compliance reporting to management and board
  • Continuous improvement and program maturity development
  • Capstone: compliance program presentation and improvement roadmap

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
