Course Description

This 5-day course provides HR and people management professionals with foundational knowledge and practical skills in people practice, aligned with the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice standards. The course covers core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and reward management. Participants will develop a solid grounding in people practice principles and their application in modern workplaces.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
