This 5-day advanced course develops strategic HR and people management capabilities for senior professionals. Aligned with the CIPD Level 7 Strategic Learning & Development and People Management framework, the course covers organizational development, strategic workforce planning, advanced L&D design, HR analytics, and people leadership at executive level. Participants will develop the strategic thinking and professional expertise required to lead people functions in complex organizations.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
