Participants will explore the roots of low confidence, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies to communicate assertively, set boundaries, and present themselves with authority. Day 1 – Building Confidence from Within

  • Understanding confidence: what it is and what it is not
  • Identifying personal confidence barriers and limiting beliefs
  • The psychology of self-doubt and imposter syndrome
  • Reframing negative self-talk and building self-belief
  • Body language and confident presence
  • Building confidence through preparation and action 

Day 2 – Assertive Communication & Application

  • Assertiveness vs. aggression vs. passivity
  • Assertive communication techniques and language
  • Saying no professionally and setting boundaries
  • Handling criticism, conflict, and difficult people
  • Assertiveness in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Creating your personal confidence and assertiveness action plan
  • Hands-on: Role-plays, communication practice, and commitment planning

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation. The instructor will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the participants according to the feedback given by participants. This will help to recognize the benefits and the level of knowledge gained by participants through the course.
