Course Description

This 5-day intensive course develops participants' front-end web development skills using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Participants will learn to create responsive, interactive websites and web applications following current industry standards and best practices. The course combines fundamental concepts with hands-on project work to build practical development capabilities.

Day 2 – CSS3 Styling & Layout

  • Typography, colors, and visual design with CSS
  • CSS animations and transitions
  • CSS preprocessors introduction (Sass/SCSS basics) 

Day 3 – JavaScript Fundamentals

  • JavaScript basics: variables, data types, and operators
  • Control structures: conditionals and loops
  • Functions and scope
  • DOM manipulation and events
  • Working with forms and user input validation
  • JavaScript debugging techniques 

Day 4 – Responsive Design & Frameworks

  • Responsive web design principles and mobile-first approach
  • Media queries and breakpoints
  • Bootstrap framework fundamentals
  • Modern CSS frameworks overview
  • Version control with Git basics
  • Browser developer tools and debugging 

Day 5 – Advanced Topics & Project Development

  • JavaScript ES6+ features and modern practices
  • Introduction to JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue basics)
  • Web performance optimization
  • Cross-browser compatibility
  • Deployment and hosting basics

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
