Based on Gallup's research, participants will learn how employee engagement and customer engagement work together to create exceptional customer experiences and business results. The course provides practical strategies for managing both dimensions of the employee-customer encounter.

Assessment Methodology

All courses conducted by EdTech will begin with a Pre-evaluation and end with a Post-evaluation.
