This program introduces participants to TRIZ – the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving. It covers systematic approaches to innovation, problem analysis, creativity techniques, and application of TRIZ tools. Participants learn how to identify contradictions, apply inventive principles, and generate innovative solutions in engineering, product development, and business processes. Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Interpret the common requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 within an IMS context.
  • Plan and prepare a process-based IMS internal audit, including scope definition and checklist development.
  • Conduct an effective audit using evidence-gathering techniques (interview, observation, review) in line with ISO 19011.
  • Report findings by accurately documenting non-conformities, performing root cause analysis, and proposing appropriate corrective actions.
  • Understand the follow-up process to verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.

Assessment Methodology
