Course Description

This course builds on basic vibration analysis knowledge to provide participants with advanced skills for diagnosing machinery faults, interpreting vibration signals, and implementing predictive maintenance strategies. Participants will learn to analyze complex vibration patterns, identify mechanical and structural defects, and improve equipment reliability through condition monitoring.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Interpret vibration spectra and time-domain signals for fault diagnosis.
  • Identify common mechanical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness, and bearing defects.
  • Apply advanced vibration measurement techniques and tools.
  • Integrate vibration analysis into predictive maintenance programs.
  • Develop actionable maintenance recommendations based on vibration data.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for reliability engineers, maintenance engineers, condition monitoring specialists, and technical personnel responsible for rotating machinery performance.
